Overview
The goal of this project was to upgrade a basic 3D printer and provide it with internet connectivity for 24/7 monitoring and control. Initially, I used an old laptop but later upgraded to an Orange Pi for better performance. The setup includes a webcam for real-time monitoring, remote control capabilities, and a Discord bot to send completion notifications. Additionally, I added a customizable LED strip to provide optimal lighting for the camera during monitoring.
